VACUUM – Vacuum Turbines
- MINI Hydraulic Line: For small single-seed planters, horticultural crops, and experimental trials. Compact design with a durable rotationally molded polyethylene housing.
- Standard Hydraulic Line: Gear-type hydraulic motors directly coupled to the impeller, offering low maintenance and maximum reliability.
Turbine Lines Driven by Tractor Power Take-Off (PTO)
- Standard PTO Line: Driven by the tractor power take-off, with high-performance poly-V belt transmission.
- High-Capacity Line: Designed for crops with high pneumatic airflow requirements (chickpea, peanut, garlic), available in hydraulic and PTO-driven versions.

Design
- Optimised impeller in 450 mm and 540 mm diameters, with low, medium, or high airflow options.
- Spiral housing with single or double outlet, optimised for each diameter and airflow requirement.
- Self-lubricating bearing support, requiring no greasing.
- Precision transmission, either direct drive or via poly-V belt.
Installation and Maintenance
The turbines are securely mounted to the planter frame, with simple calibration to achieve the optimal vacuum level according to the crop. Maintenance is limited to periodic visual inspections and preventive checks every 150 hours, ensuring long service life.

Higher efficiency, lower power consumption
Designed for pneumatic conveying in agricultural machinery, including air drill seeders, pneumatic fertiliser spreaders, and any other agricultural equipment using air blowing systems.

Air Drill Fluted Roller Metering System Line
For metering seeds or fertilisers.
Adaptable to different seed types (small, medium, and large).
Available for different hopper sizes.
- Fine metering roller: 1 to 120 kg/ha. For canola, alfalfa, and flax. Granular herbicides.
- Medium metering roller: 10 to 160 kg/ha. For wheat, sorghum, and seeds up to 6 mm. Fertilisers up to 170 kg/ha.
- Coarse metering roller: 40 to 250 kg/ha. For soybeans, beans, and other seeds larger than 6 mm. Fertilisers above 170 kg/ha.
